Perhaps Qantas would be best served by applying this same logic, as their latest A380 snafu (detailed in today’s Sydney Morning Herald) illustrates

    >i would be so pissed if i had to wait 12 hours to find out that the airline was going to change planes. i mean, couldn’t they have made that decision after… i don’t know… only 6 hours?
